The MITRE Engenuity ATT&CK Evaluations began in 2019 as a way to perform real-world simulation tests of security products and services to help companies identify gaps with an eye to improving the overall cybersecurity community. MITRE Engenuity is not an analyst firm and does not rank or declare winners, but rather presents these results as a way for the entire community to learn from one another. This approach can make understanding the results more difficult and so we wrote this eBook as a guided tour to explain the evaluations and help customers make sense of the resulting data.
